Privacy Notice

This law recognizes new citizen rights to protect their privacy and grants individuals the ability to request access to their data for rectification, deletion, confidentiality, or updating of information that concerns them.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice and in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), the term “Data Controller” refers to the private individual or legal entity that determines the processing of personal data, in this case FABRICA DE SULFATO EL AGUILA, S.A. DE C.V., and the term “Data Subject” refers to the individual to whom the personal data belongs, in this case prospects, clients, candidates, employees, and suppliers of goods or services.

In order to comply with this Law, the Data Controller makes the following Privacy Notice available to you.

The “Data Subject” shall be deemed to tacitly consent to the processing of their data when they do not express their opposition.

Purposes of processing personal data

The Data Controller collects your data for the following purposes:

• To provide the services and products requested by you.
• To inform you about changes to such services and products.
• To fulfill obligations contracted with our clients.
• To evaluate service quality and conduct internal studies on consumer habits.
• For visitors to our facilities, regardless of the reason, to grant access, maintain a visitor log, and ensure the safety of staff, clients, and visitors.

For the above purposes, we may collect your personal data in different ways. We usually collect your data when you provide it directly to our employees or through our website. Occasionally, we obtain your data indirectly through other sources permitted by law.

4.1 Sensitive Data: If the Data Controller collects sensitive data to meet the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, you may only access such services if you consent to providing the sensitive data required. Your data will be processed solely for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice.

4.2 Financial and Asset Data: Our company collects financial and asset-related data necessary to comply with commercial and legal obligations with you. This includes your bank account type and number, bank name, among others. This information is collected for payment processing of our products.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, when the Data Controller collects sensitive personal data, your express consent will be required for its processing. You will be asked to indicate whether you accept such processing by signing the physical or electronic form we have prepared, and if applicable, by signing this document.

Security measures implemented

To protect your personal data, the Data Controller has implemented administrative, physical, and technical security measures to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.

When we share your information with third parties that provide services to us, we require and verify that they have the necessary security measures to protect your personal data and prohibit the use of your data for purposes other than those requested. However, any non-compliance by such third parties with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations is solely their responsibility.

Use of cookies and web beacons

Cookies are text files automatically downloaded and stored on the user's hard drive when browsing a specific website, allowing the server to remember certain information about the user, such as preferences for viewing pages, username, and password.

Web beacons are images inserted in a webpage or email that can be used to monitor visitor behavior, such as IP address, time spent on a page, and type of browser used, among other data.

We inform you that we do not collect personal data through cookies, web beacons, or other technologies to obtain personal information such as:

• Your browser type and operating system.
• The web pages you visit.
• The links you follow.
• Your IP address.
• The website you visited before ours.

Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of personal data

You may stop receiving emails, postal mail, printed messages, or phone calls (except when legally required) by sending a signed letter or an email to our contact listed in section 1 of this Privacy Notice.

Means to exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition

You have the right to access your personal data in our possession and to the details of their processing; to rectify them if inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel them when they are excessive or unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected; or to oppose their processing for specific purposes.

The mechanisms implemented to exercise these rights are through submitting a request to our Contact, either personally at their address or by email.

Mechanisms to revoke consent at any time

At any point during processing, you may revoke the consent granted for processing your data. To do so, please contact us and you will be informed of the procedure to follow.

Transfer of personal data within Mexico and abroad

The Data Controller will not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the cases provided under Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and will carry out such transfers under the terms established by this law.

In this regard, it is necessary that you indicate whether or not you consent to the transfer of your data in the following space:
