For the purposes of this Privacy Notice and in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), the term “Data Controller” refers to the private individual or legal entity that determines the processing of personal data, in this case FABRICA DE SULFATO EL AGUILA, S.A. Purposes of processing personal data

4.2 Financial and Asset Data: Our company collects financial and asset-related data necessary to comply with commercial and legal obligations with you. This includes your bank account type and number, bank name, among others. This information is collected for payment processing of our products.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, when the Data Controller collects sensitive personal data, your express consent will be required for its processing.
